Return Policy

We want to know you love your handmade goods, so if there’s anything not to love about your order, we’d like the opportunity to make it right. In order to initiate an exchange or return, Customer must email within 72 hours of receipt of package for Return Authorization.

Customer is responsible for shipping the item to be returned/exchanged in the same condition it arrived in, but Silvery Rills will cover the cost of shipping out the first exchange. While we do not charge a re-stocking fee, items showing damage will not be exchanged and no refund will be given
